Home Interior

Pre-Listing

  • Order pre-listing title documents (TRIO/listing kit/property records)

  • Confirm utility providers when available: power, gas, water, sewer, garbage

  • Schedule photo shoot per Broker instructions if requested

  • Prep Listing Agreement, MLS listing input forms, lead paint & other applicable supplemental forms

  • Send Seller's Disclosure to the client for completion if agent requests

  • Prepare documents for electronic signature, upon agent approval, send documents for electronic signing

  • Order Resale documents, if applicable

  • Add listing, photos, and supplements to MLS

  • Add photo comments (Broker-supplied or generic room names only per Broker preferences)

  • Verify MLS mapped address and Tax ID link

  • Order Home Warranty per Broker instructions

  • Order sign-post installation

  • Deliver digital property flyer for agent to print
